Pacojet Pacotizing Machine

Pacojet, designed and engineered in Switzerland since 1992, is a unique machine to prepare ultra-light mousses, aromatic soups, sauces, pastes, fillings, ice creams and sorbets without thawing.  Simply put the fresh ingredient and flavors in the dedicated beaker, frozen for at least 24 hours, attach to the Pacojet machine, and pacotize a single portion in 20 seconds!  It makes cooking a fun!
